Loaders & anatomy inference
STL and OBJ meshes. The anatomical structure is inferred from the file name and can be corrected for each model.
Proprietary 3D rendering engine
Mimesis Render is D/Vision Lab's own 3D rendering engine for the medical field. It turns the meshes produced by segmentation workflows into realistic, interactive scenes: the right colors and materials for each structure, measurements, clipping, shareable views and AR/VR, all in the browser.
STL and OBJ meshes from your segmentation workflow. Structures are recognized from the file name.
Anatomical colors, materials and surface detail for meshes without UVs, in original medical coordinates.
Picking, measurements, clipping, per-structure visibility, shareable links and WebXR.
One engine, running in the browser: no plugin and no server-side rendering.
STL and OBJ meshes. The anatomical structure is inferred from the file name and can be corrected for each model.
A shared color and material preset system, with procedural triplanar detail so meshes without UVs still look like tissue.
World coordinates are preserved by default and the camera is fitted globally, so structures from the same study stay aligned.
Distance and angle tools, plus volume and surface area per structure. Values are in the original mesh units, assumed millimetres.
Hover and click picking that stays fast on large meshes, axis-aligned clipping planes, and per-structure show, hide, solo and opacity.
The camera pose is plain JSON, so a view and its measurements can travel in a URL. Screenshots are built in, and touch gestures work on phones.
WebXR
Enter immersive sessions straight from the browser, on devices that support WebXR.
Show the output of a segmentation pipeline to the people who need to look at it, in a browser tab.
Interactive anatomy for teaching, with per-structure visibility and AR/VR.
Measure, compare and share views of segmented structures, and share them with colleagues.
Tailored 3D viewers and tools for your own workflow, built by D/Vision Lab on the engine.
Not for diagnostic use. Mimesis Render is a visualization engine. It is not a certified medical device and must not be used for diagnosis, treatment decisions or any clinical purpose.
Mimesis Render is proprietary and is not distributed as a library. Tell us what you want to build and we will see how we can work together.
